Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the degree of practicing the dimensions of servant leadership among leaders of government secondary schools in Buraidah from the point of view of the teachers, and are there statistically significant differences in the degree of female leaders’ application of servant leadership to the research variables (scientific specialization-years of experience)? from the point of view of the research sample.

in the research, the descriptive survey method was used, and the research tool was a questionnaire built and applied to a sample of (64) female teachers, during the second semester of the academic year 1442-1443 AH.

the research also used the (SPSS) program to conduct statistical searches.

the leaders of government secondary schools in Buraidah for servant leadership were of a high degree, through which the researchers recommended : preparing a strategy for the application of servant leadership and developing training programs on servant leadership to raise the level of awareness about it, and establishing a center for voluntary work, as well as encouraging the work of extensive studies in servant leadership, and allocating an annual award For the best initiative in this.
