Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the the level of availability of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (450) employees.

the results of the study concluded that the level of availability of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman came to very high level overall, and also came to a very high level in the domains of conscience, civility, and sportsmanship ; while he came to a high level in the domains of altruism and civilized behavior ; the results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) for the level of organizational citizenship behavior among the administrative staff in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variables of years of experience and governorate, while these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of males, and scientific qualification In favor of a Bachelor's degree or less.
