This research presents the issue of employing the pedagogical relationship within the framework of classroom management and its impact on the teacher's ability to overcome the pedagogical obstacles, as adopting a good appropriate relationship for the class facilitates the process of controlling the management of the educational classroom and adjusting it in a way that qualifies the educational process to succeed and achieve the objectives of the targeted educational competencies.
