This article aims to study the impact of strategic alliances on human resource management policies through their practices, which we will try to analyze in the Hyunson engineering & construction corporation “Hyenco” as a model resulting from a joint project between the Algerian side Sonelgaz corporation with the south Korean side represented by three world-famous institutions Hyundai engineering & construction.
