Abstract EN

The current research aimed to determine the requirements of adaptive electronic training for secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait, and the study used the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (3) main axes and (148) phrases, and the study was applied to a sample of (217) from Principals, administrators and workers in secondary education schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study reached the following results: The totality of the axes was highly available from the point of view of the study sample, and its arrangement was as follows: The first axis: the reality of the application of adaptive e-training in the development of secondary school principals, then the second axis: the private Developing the skills of principals in the light of adaptive training programs, followed by the third axis: Adaptive training as a mechanism to achieve administrative development for secondary school principals, where the arithmetic averages of the expressions of those axes ranged between (2.21) and (2.86) with percentages (73.6) (95.3), respectively.

This is despite the fact that the sample under study was taken from schools; As these schools still need to complete efforts on their way to implement adaptive e-training, and this may seem natural and vital, which means that the journey of development and change for the better does not stop.
