This research aims to explore the leadership skills included in Islamic education books for the secondary stage.

The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach buy applying the content analysis method of the Hadith book for the secondary track in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The sample of the research was the Hadith book for the secondary track for the academic year 1442 AH-1443 AH, edition 2021 AD, and it consists of (131) pages, and three study units.

Each unit included a set of lessons, the first unit: the term hadith, and included three lessons, the second unit: hadiths, which numbered (19) newly, and the third unit: applied models, and amounted to (6) models.

To achieve the objectives of the analysis, the researchers prepared a list of the leadership skills needed for secondary school students according to the Kingdom's vision (2030) for national personal development and the strategy of the Aseer region, and the content analysis tool, which is a designed by the researchers to collect data and classify the sub-leadership skills included in the hadith book according to its main areas: (Humanitarian leadership skills, intellectual leadership skills, self-leadership skills, and technical leadership skills).

The results of the analysis showed that the hadith book for the secondary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia includes human, subjective, intellectual and technical leadership skills in varying degrees, as the total recurrence of these skills reached (860) skills.

Of the total leadership skills, followed by the field of technical leadership skills with a frequency of (201) skills, and at a rate of (23% ) of the total leadership skills, and the field of intellectual leadership skills came in third with a frequency of (190) skills, and with a percentage of (22% ) of total leadership skills, and ranked third.

The latter is the field of self-leadership skills with a frequency of (163) skills, and at a rate of (19% ) of the total leadership skills The researcher recommended the necessity of including Islamic education books in general and the Hadith book for the secondary stage with educational topics and activities that develop the personal, personal, technical and intellectual leadership skills necessary for secondary school students in line with the Kingdom's vision (2030) to develop the national personality, and with the strategy of the Aseer region.
