The language is a unit of integral branches that work in harmony to enrich the expressionist system of the learner; this is the ultimate goal of teaching the language according to its basic rules, to make him overcome the different daily communicative attitudes.

due to this importance, the Algerian educational system has directed attention towards the oral expression, by adopting the reform of the second-generation curriculum, since acquiring this ability is necessary for the learning process of all subjects, thus it’s a basis for an efficient communication that enriches the learner's language system.

therefore, the question is: did oral expression take enough attention of all its aspects to bring the learner to the desired goals?
