Abstract EN

This research presents the subject of rhetorical images in the literary text and their translation from the French language towards the Arabic language.

in view of the great influence these images have on the literary texts, and the importance of translation in the transmission of literary products from one language to another and from one society to another.

in literary, rhetorical, stylistic and modern criticism studies.

this is why our study seeks to show how the rhetorical image was translated from metaphor, from French to Arabic.
