Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed the light on the importance of projects in the development of pupils' capacities in order manage their own learning process and how teachers must switch from content based approach to process based approach within the competency based approach.

the focus of this investigation is mainly on the impact of project pedagogy on middle and secondary school pupils' autonomy as well as the methods and techniques used in order to achieve and measure the expected outcomes.

the results of the survey show that the majority of pupils are more motivated, more active, more cooperative and more autonomous.
