تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز مستوى استخدام تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية للموارد البشرية بجامعة 20 اوث 1955 سكيكدة باعتبارها اتجاه حديثا يفرضه الواقع الحالي بشكل عام و المؤسسات بشكل خاص.
وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من موظفي جامعة سكيكدة (اداريين و مهندسين) متكونة من 37 فردا، و استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و الاستمارة الالكترونية كأداة جمع البيانات وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss.
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان هناك مستوى متوسط الى ضعيف لاستخدام تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية للموارد البشرية بجامعة سكيكدة.

The study aims to highlight the level of using electronic human resources management applications at skikda university as a modern trend imposed by the current reality generally and organisations in particular, the study was conducted on a random sample of 37 staff from skikda university (adminastrators and engineers), using an analytical descriptive approach and electronic form as a tool for collecting information.
The statistical package for the social sciences was used for data processing.
The study results revealed that the use of electronic human resources management applications at skikda university is moderate to low.
