The child is a human being subject TC quantitative and qualitative change through the growth process especially linguistic development.

Language is a system composed of signs, gestures, and various vocabularies that make the child able TC communicate.

when the child is exposed to genetic, neurological and organic disorders in his stages of growth, he may develop a mental disability, among the manifestations of which is language delay.

the nature of each child differs from one another including those with mental disabilities.

we find that linguistic characteristics are agreed upon by most children and differ only in minor things this applies even to language problems and treatment methods, and it is not possible to generalize.

this research paper seeks to highlight the role of various activities and training in treating speech and articulation disorders to ensure the ability of the normal or mentally disabled child to speak better ; they are in the form of treatment programs for speech-language problems.
