The purpose of this research is to identify the role of the social dashboard in the process of managing human resources within the university hospital center of Tizi-Ouzou, we have carried out a qualitative study which consists in explaining and justifying the role of a social dashboard in the monitoring, control and evaluation of human resources, using the "Power BI" program, To this end, we conducted interviews with HR managers in order to collect the necessary statistical data with the aim of defining the most important social indicators for managing a health establishment.

Cette recherche a pour objet d'identifier le rôle de tableau de bord social dans le processus de pilotage de la ressource humaine au sein de centre hospitalo-universitaire de Tizi-Ouzou, nous avons fait une étude qualitative qui consiste à expliquer et à justifier le rôle d'un tableau de bord social dans le suivi, le contrôle et l'évaluation de la ressource humaine, par l'aide de programme « Power BI », à cet effet, nous avons réalisé des entretiens avec les responsables de la DRH afin de collecter les données statistiques nécessaires dans l'objectif de définir les indicateurs sociaux les plus importants pour piloter un établissement de santé.
