In this article, we offer a reflection on the role and the effects of language practices in the acquisition process of the intercultural aspect in the classroom for a university student audience.
from an intercultural perspective, verbal interaction requires participants to draw on knowledge that is culturally associated with the other’s universe for cultural diversity awareness.
as a result, the processing of the data collected was carried out using an interactional analysis.
thus, the study revealed the relevance of language practice in the development of intercultural competence which manifests itself in the reinvestment of cultural knowledge through the image of a foreign identity.
Abstract FRE
Dans le présent article, nous proposons une réflexion sur le rôle et les effets des pratiques langagières dans le processus acquisitionnel de l’aspect inter (culturel) en classe de fle pour un public d’étudiants universitaires.
dans une perspective interculturelle, l’interaction verbale exige aux participants de faire appel à des connaissances culturellement associées à l’univers de l’Autre pour une prise de conscience de la diversité culturelle.
de ce fait, le traitement des données recueillies s’est effectué selon à partir d’une analyse interactionnelle.
ainsi, l’étude a révélé la pertinence de la pratique langagière dans le développement de la compétence interculturelle qui se manifeste par le réinvestissement d’un savoir culturel à travers l’image d’une identité étrangère.
