Abstract EN

The concept of social responsibility has evolved from being voluntary social initiatives in institutions and the protection of social and environmental rights, and moved to become among the most important roles played by the managers of these institutions with the aim of stimulating human resources and urging them to develop their performance.

therefore, our study aims to try to know the role of social responsibility in motivating employees and finding the relationship between them.

the study also included a sample of employees in "Algeria telecom" by means of a questionnaire tool.

the study concluded that there is a relationship and an impact of applying social responsibility in motivating human resources and enhancing their affiliation and loyalty to the organization using the SPSS statistical package.
