This contribution is part of a reflection on the perspectives and potentials of the implementation of a new standard developed by ISO.
The ISO 21001: 2018 standard is based on a process approach, risk-based thinking and performance based on the completion of tasks in the Plan-Do-Check-Act sequence.
All the requirements set out in this standard are generic and intended to be applicable to any educational institution including higher education.

Cette contribution entre dans le cadre d'une réflexion sur la perspective et les potentialités de la mise en œuvre d'une norme plutôt nouvelle élaborée par l'ISO.
La norme ISO 21001: 2018 est basée sur une approche processus, une réflexion basée sur les risques et une performance basée sur l'achèvement des tâches dans la séquence Plan-Do-Check-Act.
Toutes les exigences énoncées dans cette norme sont génériques et destinées à être applicables à tout établissement d'enseignement y compris l'enseignement supérieur.
