Abstract EN

This article which is titled “organizational loyalty between the sociological trends and the reality of the Algerian institution-a theoretical approach,” aims to provide an expanded theoretical framework on the issue of organizational loyalty as it is one of the basic variables in any institution that seeks excellence and success, similar to the example of Japanese institutions in this regard.

on this basis, this article attempts to investigate the reality of loyalty in the Algerian public institution by addressing a number of elements : the philosophical trends of loyalty, the classical and modern theoretical frameworks, and finally the reality of loyalty in the Algerian public institution, in addition to the various difficulties that stand in the way of strengthening it amongst the Algerian worker.
