This research paper aims to shed light on the topic of “the digital human resource function” as it is one of the modern topics that have been used as a result of the current technological developments, which in turn played a major role in bringing about radical changes at the level of this job and its transition from a traditional job to a job that keeps pace with digitization and modernity, through Addressing the nature of digital transformation, the digital function of human resources, and the most important practices that they adopt digitally.
