This study aims to demonstrate the role of investment in intellectual capital in its three dimensions (human capital, structural capital, relationship capital) in highlighting the competitive advantage of economic enterprises by taking a comprehensive look at the components and multiple concepts of intellectual capital, How investment in the three dimensions of intellectual capital contributes to a competitive advantage for economic enterprises of all kinds and activities and to reach the desired results, the appropriate descriptive approach was used to describe the study variables and to highlight the relationship between these variables and their analysis, Finally, it has been concluded that good investment in intellectual capital dimensions contributes positively to highlighting the competitive advantage of Algerian economic enterprises.
