This research paper attempts to present the general concept of motivation and its various perceptions, focusing on the role of the psychological contracts in motivating the implicit motives of the human resources in the organization by identifying and understanding the items of this contracts and ways to deal with and employ them using various motivational strategies to achieve stability and cohesion of the organization and the human resource at work.
