The study aimed to find strong banks that have the ability and credibility in dealing and facing the challenges of giant foreign banks that resulted from mergers and unifying the capabilities of the banking system in order to reduce cost and achieve service to the citizen at the lowest possible cost.

Banking develops investment in human capital as a result of attracting human competencies from inside and outside and developing the qualifications and skills of managers and employees.

The banking sector in Palestine needs urgent mergers to face the banking failure that occurs in some banks in Palestine.
