Abstract EN

The measurement and accuracy of research in the behavioral sciences in general, and in educational and psychological sciences in particular, can witness remarkable progress if it gets rid of some of the criticisms and problems that negatively affect the quality of the output of this research, and one of the most important of these problems is the presence of the (missing data) phenomenon Which is a common and frequent problem in qualitative research and studies.

Statistical analysis methods assume the presence of complete and complete data in the data matrix.

The current research aimed to onstructing guide for using the programs (SPSS) and (BILOG_MG) in dealing with the phenomenon of (MISSING DATA) in questionnaires and educational and psychological tests, limited to the method of maximization algorithms, the mean method, and the wrong method.
