The current research aims to identify the challenges facing Arabic language teachers in Kirkuk governorate from their point of view, and for the purpose of achieving the goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire as a research tool, and the characteristics of the psychometric tool were found in terms of validity and reliability.

For the purpose of implementing the tool, the research community was represented by the Arabic language teacher in the Directorate of Education in Kirkuk Governorate, who numbered (653) teachers, and a sample of them amounting to (100) teachers was withdrawn and then the tool was applied to them..

The statistical means used to process data were factors of discrimination.

Pearson, Rolon equations, weighted computational medium and percentage.

In the light of the statistical processing of the data, the researcher generated results that indicated the presence of many challenges for the Arabic language teachers, and in light of this, the interpretation of the results and finding conclusions, and coming up with the recommendations of the research proposals.
