Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of electronic supervision in the professional development of social studies teachers for the stage primary.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical method .as for the research tool; it relied on the questionnaire, as a tool for data collection and the questioner in its final from consisted of (31)passages distributed over three levels(planning, training professional development, and follow-up) while the sample of the research was from the social studies teachers for the primary stage in the secondary education directorate of rusafa, which numbered (142) female teacher, who were chosen randomly and from was filled out electronically.

the appropriate statistical means, including (pearson correlation coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages) were used to analyze the data in order to obtain the result.

- one of the most prominent results of the analyze the data in order to obtain research is that electronic supervision has a significant and positive role in the professional development of social studies teachers at all levels(planning, training professional development, and follow up).

therefore, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including : develop a plan by the ministry of education to transfer the supervision process from the traditional to the traditional style.
