The need to adapt to the ever-increasing socio-professional demands carries many risks to human health, both physical and psychological.

strong stress associated with work leads to fatigue, and psychological stress leads to anxiety and depression.

as long as the teacher represents growing importance in raising the right and sound education for generations, hence the necessary need to create a healthy environment suitable for work that could cause psychosomatic disorders.

as the conditions accompanying the corona pandemic increase, it increases exposure to disturbances, and this can directly affect the quality of educational performance, accordingly, this research aims to identify the impact of psychosomatic disorders among teachers on the quality of educational performance, the study was applied to a sample of teachers in baghdad schools, and an electronic questionnaire was adopted to collect data.

the study used a set of advanced statistical methods such as structural modeling to reach causal relationships between variables and factors, and the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that work stress and the corona pandemic were the main cause of psychosomatic disorders among teachers and negatively affected the quality of educational performance.
