هدف البحث إلى التعرف على (ما وراء المعرفـة لـدى طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية) ؛ تكونت عينة البحث من (672) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية في المدارس الإعدادية و الثانوية للبنات التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية الأنبار في مدينة الرمادي مركز المحافظة، مثلت (450) طالبة الفرع العلمي، في حين مثلت (222) طالبة الفرع الأدبي، أعدت الباحثة مقياسا لما وراء المعرفة من (24) فقرة ذات خمسة بدائل (دائما، غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، أبد) توزعت بالتساوي على ثلاث مهارات (التخطيط، و المراقبة "التحكم"، التقييم)، و قد تحققت من خصائصه السيكومترية، و بعد تطبيق المقياس على العينة أظهرت النتائج : تتمتع طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية بما وراء المعرفة، و لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير الفرع (علمي، أدبي).

The aim of the research is to identify (meta-knowledge for middle school students) ; the research sample consisted of (672) female students from the preparatory stage in the preparatory and secondary schools for girls affiliated to the General Directorate of Anbar Education in the city of Ramadi, the governorate center.

(450) students represented the scientific branch, while (222) students represented the literary branch.

the researcher prepared a measure of what beyond knowledge consisted of (24) items with five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never) distributed equally on three skills (planning, monitoring, "controlling and evaluation), and it verified its psychometric properties, and after applying the scale to the sample, the results showed : preparatory school students enjoy beyond knowledge, and there is no statistically significant difference due to the branch variable (scientific, literary).
