The current study aims to study the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program in developing self-confidence and its impact on the social interaction of the stutterers of the primary stage students, and to discover the extent of the continuing impact of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program in developing self-confidence and its impact on the social interaction of the stutterers of the primary stage, after a period of one month.

From the application, the researcher has used a set of tools, represented in the scale of the cultural, social and economic level, the scale of self-confidence, the scale of social interaction, and the cognitive-behavioral counseling program.

The results of the study found the effectiveness and success of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program in developing self-confidence and its impact on the social interaction of stutterers of primary school students.
