تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير الخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول وفقا لأبعاد (سهولة الاستخدام، الثقة وبعد المنفعة المدركة) في توجيه سلوك العملاء لمتعاملي مصرف Banxy المحمول في ولاية قالمة، حيث أنه تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان في جمع المعلومات حيث بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة 66 عميل.
في حين أنه تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على كل من برنامج SPSS 26 وأسلوب تحليل المسار بالاعتماد على برنامج SMART PLS3.
حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لكل من بعد سهولة الاستخدام وبعد الثقة، في حين أنه لا يوجد أثر إيجابي لبعد المنفعة على سلوك العملاء.
كما توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة مراعاة إدارة مصرف المحمول Banxy للمنافع المرتبطة بالخدمات المصرفية المقدمة من طرفه.
Abstract EN
Customer behaviour of Banxy mobile bank dealers in Guelma state, as the questionnaire was relied upon to gather information with a sample of 66 customers.
while the data were analyzed and hypotheses tested based on both the SPSS26 program and the track analysis method based on SMART PLS3 software.
the study found a positive impact for both ease of use and post-trust, while no positive impact of the benefit dimension on customers' behaviour.
the study also found a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the need for Banxy's management to take into account the benefits associated with his party's banking services.
