ICT is seen as a tool for faster and more flexible delivery of public services and for supporting the transformation processes of administrations, in this case social security institutions.
social security is one of the sectors where the integration of digital technology in the functioning is essential.
what are the digital services offered by the social security organization in Algeria, and are they fully used by the insured? this article aims to analyze the innovations that digital technologies bring to the management and conduct of public services, in particular social services, and the way in which they meet the challenges posed by the emerging digital economy.
we first discuss the terminological precision of the concept of digital administration, then we analyze the digital transformation of public administrations, and finally we look at the digitization of certain services of the CNAS of the Wilaya of Tizi-ouzou.

Les TIC sont considérés comme des outils favorisant une prestation de services publics plus rapide et plus flexible et permettent de soutenir les processus de transformation des administrations en l’occurrence les organismes de la sécurité sociale.
celle-ci est parmi les secteurs où l’intégration du numérique dans le fonctionnement est primordiale.
quels sont, donc, les services numériques proposés par l’organisme de sécurité sociale en Algérie, sont-ils pleinement utilisés par les assurés? cet article vise à analyser les innovations que les technologies numériques apportent à la gestion et la conduite des services publics en particulier les services sociaux ainsi que la manière avec laquelle les administrations relèvent les défis suscités par l’économie numérique émergente.
nous abordons dans un premier temps la précision terminologique du concept administration numérique, ensuite nous analysons la transformation digitale des administrations publiques enfin nous nous intéressons à la numérisation de certains services de la CNAS de la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou.
