Moroccan urban areas are experiencing clear educational inequalities, which are reflected in large disparities in school infrastructure from one territory to another.

This affects the process of school success, and subjects the school to the influence of factors of environment and social belonging of the learners.

This article attempts to address the issue of educational justice in the city of Fez, through a detailed analysis of the particularities of school supply and social demand for education, in three districts: Agdal, Zawaga and Jenan El Ward.

The study achieved important results, which clearly illustrate the role of socio-spatial determinants in access to educational services in these territorial units.
