The objective of the current research is Building teaching -learning program in the subject of continuing education according to the learning patterns of students in colleges of education،And the effect of the teaching -learning program on the achievement of the continuing education subject among the students of the second stage in the in colleges of education، The current study identifies the second stage students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the College of Education for human sciences، Wasit University for the academic year 2021-2022، which are taught according to the syllabuses of the continuing education subject to be taught for the second stage in the colleges of education for human sciences، The researcher used the experimental design with partial control (the design of the experimental and control groups with the post-test)، which controls each other، and the number of the research sample students was (69) male and female students، In order to achieve the goal of the research، the researcher adopted two approaches، the first represented by the descriptive approach، to build the teaching-learning program for teaching continuing education according to the syllabuses established by the Deans، Committee.
