The problem of the current research is crystallized in raising the following question: What is the skill level of the students of the Department of Art Education in the subject of observation and application? Therefore, the research aimed to arrive at designing a model for evaluating the performance skills of the students of the Department of Art Education in the subject of observation and application.

The research community consisted of fourth-grade students - the Department of Art Education, numbering ( ) male and female, a basic sample of (60) male and female students was chosen, to evaluate their skill performance in the subject of observation and application.

From its validity in measuring the target that was set for its measurement, then it was applied to an exploratory sample to identify the stability coefficient of this model.

The most important conclusions are: The skill performance of the students of the Department of Art Education in the subject of observation and application was characterized by seriousness and enthusiasm, as it appeared that the students were prepared to perform the teaching task, There is a clear impact of the approach and methods of teaching the subject of observation and application, which was evident in the students preparing the teaching plans and defining the idea of the subject, the educational goal, behavioral goals, the method of teaching and the aids for this process, which was reflected positively on their performance.
