Abstract EN

This study aimed the reality of clinical supervision related to the teacher’s performance in basic schools at Amman governorate from teacher’s point of view and their relation to some variables.

to achieve the goal of the study a questionnaire was developed consisting of (36) paragraphs, distributed to (415) teachers in Jordanian public schools, confirming its validity and stability by a committee of arbitrators competent , then after the process of distributing and collecting the questionnaires was encoding and entering it into the computer, and processing it statistically using the statistical package of social sciences, and in order to analyze the data a mathematical averages , standard deviations, Kronbach alpha , the (t) test of independent samples and analysis of mono contrast was used, the researcher reached the following results after the statistical analysis and presentation in the form of tables, that the reality of clinical supervision from the point of view of teachers came to a medium degree.

the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05 ) in the reality of clinical supervision related to the performance of teachers in the basic schools in the governorate of Amman from the point of view of teachers according to variables (scientific qualification, experience), in addition to the differences statistically significant at the level of indication (α ≤ 0.05 ) in the reality of clinical supervision related to the performance of teachers in the basic stage schools in the governorate of Amman from the point of view of teachers according to the change (sex) and based on the results of the study the researcher recommended several recommendations.
