تم إستخلاص زيت بذرة الحبة السوداء بإستخدام الهكسان، كما تم تحديد أرقام الحامض و التصبن و اليود للزيت المستخلص بإستخدام فصل كروماتوغرافيا الغاز.
وجد أن الزيت يحتوي على الأحماض الدهنية التالية : البالمتيك و الإستيريك و الأوليك و اللينو ليك التي إختلفت نسبها بإختلاف العينات.
تم الإستدلال على وجود نسبة عالية من الأحماض غير المشبعة أي الأوليك و اللينو ليك بواسطة رقم اليود المرتفع.
أما طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء فقد أثبت وجود شطر للأحماض الدهنية كما دل على أن الأحماض غير المشبعة لها شكل مقرون.
Abstract EN
The fixed oil from four samples of Nigella Sativa was extracted using hexane.
The acid, saponification and iodine values were determined for the extracted oil.
The Gas Chromatography (GC) measurement revealed the presence of palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic fatty acids.
The amount of acid was found to be different.
The high percentage of the unsaturated fatty acids i.e.
oleic and linoliec acid was confirmed by the high iodine value.
The Infra Red (IR) study supported the presence of a fatty acid moiety and indicated that the unsaturated fatty acids have a cis-configuration.
