This research was devoted to investigate the distinctive characteristics of Gaza's management compared with the Western European management.

The study revealed significant differences between the two management approaches.

Many factors contributed to the difference in managerial practices including social and cultural influences.

No one can say that certain management approach is better than another.

However, cultures can learn from each other.

Each culture is strong and weak in some diminutions.
