Abstract EN

The study aimed at acknowledging the reality of administrating workshops of technical education in Gaza governorates.

The study also aimed at the discovery whether there are significant differences between the trainer having the acquisition of the skill of managing workshops and the variable of the supervising authority, the years of service and the qualification.

That leads to having methods of developing skills of administrating workshop in the institutes of technical education where the researcher used the descriptive method.

To achieve the objective of the study the researcher has designed a questionnaire which includes 43 items distributed on five dimensions.

After analyzing the data study concluded that the ability of the trainer in specifying the material needed was excellent but we noticed the weakness of the trainer in dealing with methods of modern planning.

In the field of orchestrating it appeared that the trainer pays more attenesion to the attendance than effectively organising the relationship among the trainees.

When we focus on performance the trainer effectively motivates the trainees but does not mentain adequate psychosocial atmosphere.

In connection with evaluation the trainer fairly evaluates trainees.

It is also necessary to revive the ideal trainer.

The study also recommended to get adequate with the experiences of other nations in the field of workshops and condensing supervision and continues following up of trainers.
