تتناول هذه الدراسة تأثير التضارب بين مسؤوليات العمل و الأسرة على ثلاثة جوانب تخص الموظفين و هي الرضا الوظيفي، الرضا الأسري، و الرضا المهني.
و قد تم تجميع البيانات باستخدام نموذج استبيان لعينة من 236 موظفا متزوجا يعملون في قطاعات الصحة و التعليم و البنوك و شركات التأمين.
و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الانحدار الخطي.
و تشير نتائج تحليل الانحدار إلى وجود علاقة سلبية هامة بين الرضا المهني و التضارب بين مسؤوليات العمل و الأسرة.
كما تشير النتائج أيضا إلى وجود علاقة سلبية هامة بين الرضا الوظيفي و الرضا الأسري و التضارب بين مسؤوليات الأسرة و العمل.
Abstract EN
This study addressed some consequences of work-family conflict among married employees in two Emirates of the UAE.
Emphasis was on career satisfaction, family satisfaction, and job satisfaction.
The study used a questionnaire to collect the needed data from 236 married employees working for health organizations, banks, insurance companies, and educational institutions.
Collected data were analyzed using OLS regression.
The results of the regression analysis indicated significant negative effects for work-to-family conflict on employees’ career satisfaction.
However, work-to-family conflict had no effect on family satisfaction or job satisfaction.
The results also showed significant negative effect for family-to-work conflict on family satisfaction and job satisfaction.
