Abstract EN

This research dealt with the combination of the prayers in Islamic jurisprudence.

I have defined the combination, and I mentioned the prayers that can be combined, then I showed the doctrines of scholars in the combination of prayers, with specific proofs, discussed and decided which of these doctrines – in this question - is preferred .

In the third part, I mentioned the reasons which allow to combine prayers in the opinion of the scholars.

They are: traveling, rain, and other things such as: mud, cold wind, darkness, disease and fear, then concluded by an end which contained the most important results which I have come to.
