Abstract EN

This study explores an important issue relating to the torture of the accused to make him/her admit the charge.

It consists of an Introduction and the three sections; the first deals with the definition of the admission and evidence of its consideration.

The second section deals with the terms of the admission consideration, and the third section covers the rule of torture of the accused in both cases of mere charge and the charge associated with the conclusion.

Finally, this study has a conclusion with the most important results we have discovered.
