استخدمت تسعة و أربعون جرذا فقد قسمت إلى 4 مجاميع، أعطت مجموعة السيطرة (7 جرذا) ماء مقطرا أما المجموعات المعالجة الثلاثة كل منها 14 جرذ قسمت إلى مجموعتين فرعيتين T1 و T2 منها 7 جرذ جرعت فمويا و لمدة 3 أشهر اسبرين 2 و 4 ملغم / كيلو غرام و كابتوبريل 12,6 ملغم / كغم و اسبرين + كابتوبريل (6+2 ملغم / كيلو غرام)، (4 + 12 ملغم / كيلو غرام) على التوالي.
سجلت أثناء التجربة النتائج الكيماحيوية و الفسلجية التالية : خميرة اسبارتت ترانسفيرس (AST) : وجدت زيادة معنوية 0,05 P < بمستوى الخميرة تركيز AST المصل لجرذان المعالجة بالكابتوبريل و الاسبرين + الكابتوبريل في كلتا المجموعتان T1 و T2 بعد 3 شهور أما الاسبرين أظهر زيادة معنوية في مستوى الخميرة في 1,5 شهر لمجموعة المعاملة T2.
خميرة الألنين ترانسفيرس (ALT) : لوحظت زيادة معنوية 0,05 P < في تركيز ALT الجرذان المعالجة بالكابتوبريل و الأسبرين + الكابتوبريل في مستوى الخميرة بالمصل لكلا المجموعتين T1 و T2 في مدة 1,5 شهور من العلاج مع الجرعة و مدة المعالجة.
خميرة الفوسفات القلوية (AP) : لوحظت زيادة معنوية 0,05 P < في جرذان المعالجة بالكابتوبريل و الأسبرين و مزيجهما الأسبرين + البتوبريل في مستوى الخميرة بالمصل لكلا المجموعتين T1 و T2 خلال فترة 1,5 و 3 شهور من العلاج مع الجرعة و مدة المعالجة.
Abstract EN
which were divided into 4 groups ,the control group (7rats) received distilled water, the other three treatment groups each group (14) rats were divided into two subgroups T1 & T2 according to the following oral daily dosing regimen (aspirin subgroup 2and 4mg / kg, captopril, 6 and 12 mg / kg and asprin + captopril (2 + 6mg / kg and 4 + 12 mg / kg)respectively.
The following biochemical and hematological results were recorded during the experiment: Aspartate Transaminase : significant increase (p<0.05) were observed in the serum of rats treated subgroups T1 & T2of captopril and captopril + asprin after 3 month while asprin showed a significant increase in serum AST level started from 1.5 months for T2 group.
Alanine Transeaminase : Catopril ,asprin and captopril + asprin treated rats showed significant increase(P<0.05) in serum ALT level in both T1 & T2subgroups at the period of 1.5 &3 months treatment positively proportional with the dose and treatment period.
Alkaline Phosphatase : Captopril, asprin and captopril + asprin treated rats showed highest levels with significant increase (P<0.05)in serum APlevels in both T1 & T2subgroup at the period of 1.5 & 3 months treatment positively proportional with the dose and treatment period.
