خلال الفترة من الأول من كانون الثاني 2004 و لغاية 31 من كانون الأول 2004 و لمدة سنة واحدة تمت دراسة 4525 حالة من المرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض انتقالية راجعوا مركزي الخضراء و الشعلة للرعاية الصحية الأولية و التابعان إلى قطاع الكاظمية في مدينة بغداد لتقدير معدل انتشار الأمراض الانتقالية.
أظهرت الدراسة أن معدل انتشار هذه الأمراض في حي الخضراء 1.8 % و في حي الشعلة 3.8 % و في قطاع الكاظمية 8.3 %.
أظهرت الدراسة كذلك أن هناك علاقة موجودة بين الأمراض الانتقالية و مكان الإقامة و الجنس و كذلك تبين من الدراسة وجود علاقة إحصائية معنوية عالية بين هذه الأمراض و المواقع المختلفة لمكان مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في قطاع الكاظمية.
لم توجد هناك علاقة بين الأنواع المختلفة من إلتهاب الكبد الفايروسي المعدي و المواقع المختلفة لمكان مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في قطاع الكاظمية.
Abstract EN
During the period from Is1 of January 2004 to 31 December 2004.
4525cases were studied for communicable diseases attending Al-Khadhraa and Al-Shua la Primary Health Care Centre in Al-Kadhimiya sector in Baghdad city.
The prevalence rate of communicable diseases in Al-Khadhraa among 28438 patients was ( 1.8%) and in AL- Shua la among 105838 patients (3.8%) and in Al- Kadhimiya sector among 134276 was (3.3%) and it was found that there is close relationship between these communicable diseases and sex, area of residence.
Study revealed that there is a highly significant difference in prevalence rate of communicable diseases in relation to different place of PHC centre in Al- Kadhimiya sector.
The study revealed that there is no relationship between types of viral Hepatitis and different place of PHC centre in AL- Kadhimiya sector
