مفاعلة البنسلينات (الأموكسلن، الأبسيلن، سلوكسلن) مع الكحول في وسط حمض ينتج أسترالبنسلينات.
تم تتبع التفاعلات بواسطة كروموتوغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة و حددت المركبات بواسطة الزوبانية و الأشعة تحت الحمراء.
ثم اختبار نشاط المركبات أسترالبنسلينات ضد البكتريا.
Abstract EN
-Penicillins such as (Amoxicillin, Ampicillin and cloxacillin) were reacted with alcohols in acidic media to produced pencillin esters.
The reactions by followed thin layer chromatography and identified by solubility and the infra-red spectroscopy.
Finally the products pencillin esters were tested against bacteria.
