Abstract EN
This study proposed a Phonetic transcription form for Arabic language.
It is a new process based on the basic units of Arabic words which depends on the word pronunciation and can deal with diacritical marks text which make computer base translation of Arabic text more accurate.
It is expected to be more efficient than dictation writing used now which doesn’t deal with diacritical marks.
Diacritical marks play an essential role in many cases, especially in dealing with vowels, ablaut, and slurring voice units.
Thus, the proposed model will be more accurate and precise when dealing with such cases.
The experimental program is expected to enhance the Arabic information retrieval system and other Arabic language processing methods.
It is a new approach to enhance the existing Computerized translation methods using Arabic Phonetic transcription applied on a diacritical text, for example, in the existing translation method, the word )"البر"favor ethic ) and "البر" (land) both give the same result.
However, when using phonetic transcription form they will be different.
The word "البر"written as : "ا ل ب ر " and the word.
"البر"will be written " ا ل ب ر ", to render the system more accurate.
