English Abstract
Semi fields of order q*, q odd, were studied by several authors (Knuth, 1965), (Boerner, 1986), and (Cordero, 1993).
In this thesis semi fields of order q*, q odd, admitting a free auto Orphism group isomorphic to Z2 xZ2 are examined.
We show that there are 9-constants determine such semi fields uniquely.
In particular we constructed some examples.
Further properties of semi fields such as nuclei and their spreads are also studied.
