English Abstract

This study aims at investigating the effect of sub- Organizational culture on the Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) Implementation success by analyzing the effect of the sub- organizational cultures from Business unit's perspective such as Clan culture, Adhocracy culture, Hierarchic culture, and Market culture, on the Enterprise resource planning Implementation success.

The study sample consisted of (303) employee was chosen from (35) Organizations from the Jordanian public and private sectors.

To achieve the aims of the study the researcher built a questionnaire consists four areas (Clan culture, Adhocracy culture, Hierarchic culture and Market culture) to investigate the effects of different cultures inside the organization on the Enterprise resource planning success.

The results of the study shows that there is a significant statistical effect for the Clan culture on the ERP Implementation success, there is a significant statistical effect for the Adhocracy culture on the ERP Implementation success.

There is a significant statistical effect for the Hierarchic culture on the ERP Implementation success and there is a significant statistical effect for the Market culture on the ERP Implementation success.
