English Abstract

The major aim of this study was to illustrate relationships between supply chain strategy and risk management dimensions (trust, customer power, communication, and relationship commitment).

The second aim was to investigate the relationship between risk management dimensions and customer satisfaction.

The third aim was to examine the relationship between supply chain strategy and customer satisfaction.

A questionnaire-based survey was developed in order to collect data from industrial companies in Jordan. The findings of this study indicate that supply chain strategies, trust, customer power, communication, and relationship commitment would have an influence on customer satisfaction.

Therefore, the findings indicate that taking risk management dimension into account is very important for companies to improve their customers' satisfaction.

Lean and agile supply chain strategies were found to be the best strategies that explain the highest proportion in the variance customer satisfaction.
