تضمن البحث تحضير ليكاند قاعدة شف الجديد بس (سلسلدين) رباعي مثيل بنزدين (TMBBS)، و ذلك من تكاثف السلسلديهايد 3, 3, 5, 5–رباعي مثيل بنزيدين في الايثانول.
لقد وجد أن هذا اليكند يتناسق مع أيونات كل من الكوبلت و النيكل و النحاس و الخارصين الثنائية و قد اتخذت المعقدات المحضرة الصيغة العامة [M(TMBBS)]2.
شخصت الليكاند و معقداتها من خلال بعض الخصائص الفيزيائية كالذوبانية و درجة الانصهار و التوصيل المولاري و طيفيا باستعمال أطياف 1HNMR و الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الأشعة فوق البنفسجية المرئية كما بينت الدراسة التحليل للمعقدات الفلزية أن نسبة (قاعدة شف : الأيون الفلزي) هي (1 :1).
Abstract EN
A new Schiff base ligand Bis (salicyldene) tetra methyl benzamine (TMBBS), was prepared from the condensation of salicylaldehyde and 3, 3-, 5, 5- tetra methylbenzidine in ethanol solution.
This molecule coordinates to a variety of divalent metal ions M + 2 (M = Co, Ni, Cu, Zn) and one type of complexes was obtained with general formula [M (TMBBS)] 2.
Solubility, melting point, (C.H.N) analysis, molar conductance, 1 H NMR spectrum, Infrared and UV-Visible spectra studies were used in characterizing the ligand and its complexes.
The potentiometer analysis of the metal complexes revealed 1 : 1 (Schiff base : metal ion) Stoichiometry.
