تعد ثباتية الفيتامينات في الأشكال الصيدلانية السائلة من التحديات التي تواجه الصيادلة في الحصول على صيغة دوائية ثابتة .إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو صياغة محاليل فموية محتوية على فيتامينات منحلة بالماء، و دراسة ثباتية هذه الصيغ في شروط من درجة حرارة %40±2م° و رطوبة نسبية %75±5 لمدة شهرين و التحري عن تأثير الباهاء و نسبة محلول المالتيتول maltitol solution على ثباتية الفيتامينات. أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام محلول المالتيتول بنسبة %30 أعطى تحسنا ملحوظا في ثباتية الفيتامينات بالمقارنة مع استخدام محلول من السوربيتول sorbitol solution عند النسبة نفسها، كما أظهرت النتائج أن الباهاء pH أيضا يمتلك تأثيرا محرجا على ثباتية الفيتامينات ؛ فقد أبدت الفيتامينات أفضل ثباتية عند قيمة باهاء بين (3.5-4).
Abstract EN
The stability of vitamins in a liquid dosage form is still considered a challenge to pharmacists to obtain a stable formula.
The objective of this study was to formulate multi-water soluble vitamin oral solutions, study the stability of this formulation at accelerated conditions 40 ± 2 o C / 75 % ± 5 % RH for two months and investigate the effect of the pH and the percent of a maltitol solution on the stability of the vitamins.
Results showed that using a 30 % maltitol solution gave a pronounced improvement in the stability of vitamins compared with a sorbitol solution, and the pH had a critical role on the stability of vitamins so the vitamins had an optimum stability at pH between3.5–4.
