أظهرت دراسة التأثير المثبط للمستخلصات المائية و الكحولية لأربعة نباتات طبية هي النعناع بنوعيه (Horsemint, Spearmint) و السعد (Nutgrass) و الحبة السوداء (Black Cumin) على بعض الفطريات الممرضة المعزولة من حالات مرضية مختلفة على الإنسان، من بين ١٤ عينة مرضية أخذت للدراسة، كانت ٤ عينات منها موجبة الفحص و عزل منها فطر Aspergillus.
niger بنسبة ١٦.٦٧ %.
من دراسة تأثير المستخلصات المائية على فطر A.
niger أن المستخلص المائي للنعناع (Horsemint) و بتركيز ٣٠ ملغم / مل كان أكفأ المستخلصات، حيث ثبط الفطر كليا ١٠٠ %، و تبين من دراسة المستخلصات الكحولية على فطر A.
niger أن المستخلصات الكحولية لكل من الحبة السوداء و بتركيز ١٥ ملغم / مل والنعناع (Spearmint) و بتركيز ٢٠ ملغم / مل كانت أكفأ المستخلصات في تثبيط نمو الفطر كليا ١٠٠ %.
و ينتج من اختبار التأثير المثبط للمضاد الفطري الكيمياوي ketoconazole على الفطر A.
niger انه فقد ثبط نمو الفطر بتركيز ٣.٥ ملغم/ مل الفطر كليا ١٠٠ % و التركيز ٣.٠ ملغم / مل حيث ثبط نمو الفطر بنسبة ٩٥.٠ % ، ثم التركيز ٢.٥ ملغم / مل حيث ثبط نمو الفطر بنسبة ٩٣.٠ %.
Abstract EN
Study of inhibitory effect of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of four medicinal plants, spearmint, horsemint, nutgrass and black seed black cumin, against some human pathogenic fungi isolated from different clinical cases, showed that 4 cases from 14 cases were positive and Aspergillus.
niger was 16.67% .
The study at inhibitory effect of aqueous extracts against the isolated fungi, showed that aqueous extract of Horsemint 30 mg / ml.
was the best one, which inhibited the growth of A.
niger completely 100 % .
Alcoholic extracts of black seed 15 mg / ml.
Spearmint 20 mg / ml.
were more effective against A.
niger, and inhibited its growth completely 100 %.
Testing of inhibitory effect of some chemical antifungal agents against the isolated fungi showed that ketoconazole at concentrations 3.5, 3.0, 2.5 mg / ml.
inhibited the growth of A.
niger 100, 95.0, 93.0 % respectively.
