البحث الحالي اشتمل إلى دراسة المجموعة الحيوانية المتطفلة على اسماك الكولد الذهبية auratus Carassius و أسماك المولي الأسود Poecilia sphenops في أحواض تربية الأسماك التابع إلى كلية التربية للبنات قسم علوم الحياة جامعة الكوفة.
تمت الدراسة خلال المدة من شهر آب لسنة 2008 إلى نهاية شهر نيسان لسنة 2009 حيث جمعت (200) سمكة تعود إلى نوعين (100) سمكة كولد ذهبية و (100) سمكة مولي اسود. تضمنت هذه الدراسة تحديد الأنواع المتطفلة على تلك الأسماك و مناطق تطفلها و نسبة الإصابة و شدتها.
أظهرت نتائج الفحص المجهري إصابة هذه الأسماك بالطفيليات التالية، الطفيلي القشري Lernae cyprinaceae، الطفيلي الابتدائي Ichthyophthirius multifiliis.
الطفيلي وحيد المنشأ Dactylogyrus agillis.
حيث اختبرت حساسية هذه الطفيليات تجاه المستخلص المستخدم من نبات القرنفل حيث أعطى هذا المستخلص فعالية تثبيطية قوية للطفيليات و كان التركيز المثبط هو (5 %) و لمدة (5) دقائق.
Abstract EN
The parasitic founae of gold fish Carassius auratus and blake moly fish Poecilia sphenops in biological department of Collage of Education for girls in Kufa university .
has been studied .Atotal of 200 fishes belong to two species ( 100) gold fishes and (100) moly fishes were collected during the period (August-2008 to April -2009 to study the prevalence and Intensity of infections.
The results of microscopic examination showed that thes fishes were infected with Lernae cyprinaceae .
one protozoon parasite Ichthyophthirius multifiliis .
one parasite Dactylogyrus agillis .
The result sensitivity of these parasite against clove revealed that 5% concentration has astrong inhibiton effect during 5 minuts only .
