English Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of different levels of Guar meal (0, 4 and 8 %) and commercial enzyme (0 and 0.05 % of Natuzyme) on broiler performance.

Two hundred forty unsexed one day old broiler chicks (Ross 308) were randomly distributed among 24 wire battery cages (n = 10).

Treatments in a factorial experiment (2 × 3) based on completely randomized design were used.

For this experiment six experimental diets were offer to the experimental units.

Guar meal had significant effect on all the measured parameters, but enzyme had no significant effect.

Interaction between diets inclusion of guar meal and enzyme was significant on performance parameters except for feed intake.
